Poor support team and app fails to inform players of important potential problems

The app was bugging out on the event reward screen causing a force close on my app, so I deleted it and then reinstall because this method had worked for all my other apps. Well unknown to my knowledge this that would delete my account too. 150$ now down the drain with no hope of returning. Not to mention it took forever for support to reply only to find this out.
